Unlike standard foreign collection results, which historically range between 25-55% of collectible charges, Sunbelt's collection results have exceeded 94%. Even for those hospitals and healthcare corporations which have an excellent history of domestic patient account collections, Sunbelt has a proven track record of significantly achieving a higher percentage of collection on their foreign accounts.    U.S. hospitals often lack the expertise to get a fast and outstanding result for foreign collections. The great majority of our foreign accounts receivable are collected in less than 120 days, but even accounts that may take a bit longer to collect, are ultimately collected. Our clients are often reimbursed at usual and customary charges.    Without our services, many facilities are writing off millions of dollars annually; or using back-end collection agencies which charge extremely large fees.
